Osaka Day Tours understands how important it is to the enjoyment of your travels to have the flexibility of cancelling or rescheduling your tour in the event of changes in your travel plans.
Cancelling a Tour
All Osaka Day Tours tours, other than a specially designed custom tour, can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled starting time of the currently booked tour and will receive a full refund. To cancel your tour, please contact Osaka Day Tours via the Contact form a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled starting time of your currently booked tour. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any tours cancelled after the 24-hour deadline.
Rescheduling a Tour
All Osaka Day Tours walking and hiking tours can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled starting time of the currently booked tour and will not incur any additional costs. To reschedule your tour, please contact Osaka Day Tours via the Contact form a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled starting time of your currently booked tour. Please be aware that at short notice your new tour date may not be available, in which case we can cancel your tour and give a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule any tours without an additional charge after the 24-hour deadline.
Being Late for a Tour Start
Since all Osaka Day Tours are private group tours, being late to arrive at a meeting point (for a walking tour) or to be available for pickup (for a car tour) will not constitute a cancellation of your tour. All tours start when your private group is ready to start, but please realize that any significant change in the starting time of your tour may lead to some changes in the scheduled tour.
For countryside walking and hiking tours, being late to a meeting place may lead to missing your reserved seating on a special limited express train and change your transportation to a regular train. Unfortunately, there can be no refund for unused reserve train tickets.
